This Mumm is just to get some opinions from people not involved in anyway.
I work n a nursing home and was taking care of just the residents with Alzheimers in a lock down unit. I was out sick for 3 days 2 weeks ago and while I was out another Nursing Assistant worked the unit caring for the residents on that unit (I work 3rd shift) This other Nursing Assistant informed the nurse and a few other employees on that hall that all she did was eat, watch tv and take naps. On top of these things she admitted to, she was reported 3 times for leaving the residents not clean and not changed. When I get back I am told that I am no longer working that unit and that the girl that took over while I was out is NOW to work the unit. MY QUESTION is why would administration put the residents in danger like that ... I was told by others that they were probably trying to catch her not doing her job but n the mean time my residents are in danger. DO YALLL beleive I am blowimg this out of proportion or am I right to be concerned. YAY I am blowing it out of proportion or NAY I am right to be concerned |
