Today I got a Facebook invitation for a celebration of life for a Fubar friend. I didn't even know he had passed away last October. He hadn't been active here for about 4 years, but we had stayed in touch a little on Facebook. I really liked him but he was far away and we'd never met in person. I'd quit following him about two years ago when he became involved and then married a lovely woman. He was just a few months younger than I am. Life is so short!
should I:
write a note to his widow expressing my condolences?
or
just RSVP that I can't attend
or
do nothing since I do not know her, and never met him in person. |
