THIS IS FUBARS NEW POLICY
Changes to fu-Owned reimbursements:Starting now, all fu-Owned purchases will reimburse the previous owner by the reiumbursement percent applied to the old (pre-purchase) value as opposed to applying the reimbursement percent towards the new purchase price.
For example: X is worth 1,000,000 fuBucks. Someone purchases X for 2,000,000 fuBucks. The previous owner will be reimbursed 800,000 fuBucks instead of 1.6M fuBucks
