What are you waiting for?

Just an observastion. several other users agree with me.
So hey I was just wondering what kinda math and economics some of these games are based on.
Doese it make sense that you buy someone for $100 K And you get charged 10% if someone else buys them. And that person can buy them for exactly what you payed. $100 kSo they spend not 1 Fubuck more than you to steal the person you bought.Costing you $10 k and earning the person being bought and sold 10%(10k) Now you could buy the person back for that same price and pass this person back and forth and do the same thing to this otehr person, both of you basically dropping 10k a whack into the buy(ie's) pocket and losing that 10k each time. this perpetuates as a cycle untill the price goes up. Now on the off hand you keep them for 14 days you get a whopping 1% proffit, in this case 10% of 10k is 1000 It's stupid that you can buy someone for the same value they already have, and just keep costing the buyer cash while the person being bought makes money. Id love to understand the logic they base the buy/sell aspect of the game on. Ask yourself this, if you bought something for say $1, would it make sense for someone else to buy it from you for $1 ? Would you let a stranger take something from you you dont want to part with for exactly what you spent on it. Hey I know I dont know you but let me do your shopping for you, no its ok, I dont mind paying with my money, yes its ok if you just break into my house , go in the fridge, grab the milk, and leave the exact amount on the reciept on the kitchen table.just come take your stuff without telling me and leave what i payed for it on the table its not like my time gas electricity etc etc are worth anything.
Now real economics would decree you either make a profit or a take a loss to get rid of an item you want to get rid of rather than sit on it. Based on value increase or depreciation. and personal or public collectability or availability.
Now the fu owned game seems to be based on a desire or demand to own a desireable person/comodity.
So how does it make sense for someone to buy someone for say $100k and someone else to buy them out from underneath you for not 1 cent more???
Sounds like bs to me. especially since the person who buys someone already loses 10% of the spent fubucks if they dont hold onto the person for 14 days. now its only make believe play money. but i think someone should have to make a higher bid to steal someone from you causing you to lose ownership & fubucks.
Here's Fubar's breakdown on the system:
Profit for sold member: 10%(capped at 100,000 fuBucks)  +10% or 100kReimbursement to old owner (when bought): 90%   -10% 100k per MillionReimbursement to old owner (when expired): 101%  spend 1 mill make 10k                  (but only if you aren't robbed or outbid for 14 days)
Now let me break it down another way:
You spend 10k lose 1k                     Purchased member gains 1k             Someone else spends the same 10k     Now you get 90% of your 10k back that's 9k of the 10k you spentAt the same time the bought person makes another 1k off someone else's 10k purchase. This new buyer is most likely going to lose 9k and if by some chance they dont they get a 1% profit...100 fubucks in this case, sounds like nothing but 1% of a million is 10k  I rarely see my friends go for less than 1 million, and I rarely spend less on a friend.
Now Iv'e examined the system and there are several possible ways I can conceive to possibly exploit it. (not my style)
So there are several options I have come up with for fixing this.   Which do you think is best?
Now, This was just an observation.  Several other users agree with me. Let's take it to a MUMM.
