My Life
My life is a story
A story filled with many chapters
The first chapter when given life by your mother
The second chapter is childhood we spare for a short time span
The third chapter is adolescence years
The years filled with the words and learning about life
Then introduced to adult hood
The time when Identity is at importance
The story of my life is simple
No matter how rough the road was I ran across
I am still strong as an ox
With an heart of steal
Can't make me or break it
Some may see that as foolish
Without strength now can someone live?
Without heart how can one survive?
The brain that functions all your daily duties
Heartbreak or two
Quite a few disappointments
Still there is my life to live
