After posting my last mumm a lot has happened... I recieved a call from my oldest daughter her crying into the phone "daddy I wanna come home" (for a parent this has to be the hardest thing to hear knowing that if I go pick her up and bring her home then her mom will file charges of contempt of court because I refused her contact with her daughter.) I told her to talk with her mother and try and work things out so that her mother gets that time with her. About 2 hours later my son calls and says "momma has it under control" so I opted to talk to her mother and make sure all was well which she said everything was good and they had worked it out. I asked to speak with my daughter and she got on the phone crying, when I got her calmed down enuff to talk with me she stated that her mothers BF had been calling her names and so forth and she really wanted to come home.. I went and got her and my youngest daughter to spend some time with them and smooth things over for their return back to their moms and also let the BF know if he had anything to say to my kids then he had my number and could tell it to me.. He chose to be mouthy but realized quickly his mouth was signing a check his ass couldnt cash so he smartly tucked tail and fled to the porch with the little dogs..
Question is was I right for sending the girls back to their moms knowing the atmosphere they were in was unhealthy but with the fact the BF knows now that I am not the runt of the litter or am I wrong for putting the girls back into that environment?? |
