I was homeless before I saw her face,

A picture that belied her grace,

Digital romance held little for me,

But now I know where I want to be.

Her image speaks of things

Beyond lust or love,

Whispers of weavings

Set Ago and Above,

And it doesn't matter how smart

I try to seem,

Every interaction

Is like a dream.

Never thought I could feel

Something so real

For an invisible girl on a screen.

My heart aches at the distance

In both miles and time

That i must wait

To see if fate

Will let her be mine.
