I'm flying Southwest for the first time ever tomorrow and unless the service is remarkable, quite likely for the last time.
Why? Because no seat selection is stressful. Every other airline worth flying in the USA lets you select your seat prior to boarding (as long as you're not on the thrifty penny pincher fare). I am the person who pays to upgrade my seat for the legroom, free drinks, and debarking position.
The ONLY reason I'm on this flight is because nobody else flies directly from Vegas to Albuquerque. That is it, just saving a couple of hours.
Am I missing something? Do I not get it because I've never flown with them? Help me understand why they've uninvented the wheel... |
