Okay I was recently diagnosed with fibromalygia a year ago. But have had it since 1998 after being misdiagnosed with arthritis and RA. Anyone have the same condition as me? What sorts of methods do u use to relieve it? As for me I take Lyrica around 75mg twice a day and i use a water circulating heating machine/pad for flare-ups.No need to reply unless u have questions. Only targeted for those with Fibromyalgia.
