I know i don't get around to all of you like i would like to. But i just want to say thanks for being such great friends.You have really made me feel at home here . Thank you so much RANDY

What we are wanting todo is open our own weight gym open to public.But WE ARE ALSO LOOKING IN TO OPENING OUR OWN FED.I am sick and tired of the fact that some have forgot this is a business and we are all like family.Our shows will be paid shows that is why we are working so hadr to get everthing in place before we start.We will be like i said opening a public weight gym , but are looking for two buildings together one side for the weight gym the other where we will doing traing and weekly shows. I will keep you updated.Like i say we maynot get running fully this year but i don't just jump in to something everthing has to be in place first.so i can take care of my guys and them me .WE do have some sponcers in place,use of a great sound and light system,use of a great bumping ring.Now before anything is said,Here is our experience. 1:We both have promotion and sales experience. 2: We both know how to do bookings. 3:We both Know how to write shows. 4: We both have experience traing others and i know how to ste up personalized weight programs. We know the business from the ground up.Now this is where some will not agree.One it is a business and will be run as a business.We will have a profile kept in the office of each worker.Training will be done by pros, and video will be used so after the training session a guy can go over his tape and see what he needs to improve on and work on most.Trainees will be trained in everyaspect of the business.Bumping, mic work, ring entrance, working the crowd,running the ropes properly,how to properly take moves and give them.when to sell, how to sell,rest spots ,Everything it takes to be a wrestler some i haven't listed.But i strongly believe in proper training.Trainees will not work shows till they are ready, which i found some in the business that are not ready but left traing go to another fed says they were trained and work before they were ready .This makes the business look bad in my opinon. We will have rules and regulation and guide to follow.Here are a few of them for example. 1: While in our show you will not put down anyworker or other fed.What you do out side our show is up to you.Reason for this is yopu are at our show to work , not to bad mouth others that are not there, or feds you may not like, this will be inforce.If a work doesn't look good or you seen something and you want to suggest something to help them feel freee , but do it in a way they under stand that you are not putting them donw just trying to help . 2: No drinking 0r drugs before the show, if caught you will not work. 3: Upon entering the building you will speak to everyone, and respect them in our building. 4:There will be a dressing room for the guys and one for the ladys ,you will not be caught in each others dressing rooms for anyreasons ,after getting dressed everyone will be in the main dressing room.You will all be together in the main dressing room just not allowed to dress together, this will avoid problems of wifes and girlfriends i have seen in thse past. 5:If you are booked and can't make the show we ask that you just try to contact us so we can paln for your absence. This is just a few like i said it is going to be a business and run like one.We are working hard to get everthing in place this year but may not be ready to open til next year . I don't believe in just jumping in something without everthing in place.

The businesss is getting weird Current mood: content You know i think the biggest things wrong with the indy market today is workers, instead of helping each other want to talk and put each other down all the time.It is totally bullnuts.I mean d**n come on.How the hell is it going to get any better when everyone is putting everyone else down.I mean you go to a show everyone talks to you as a friend , then when you leave they talk about you like a dog.I think of you have a problem with someone you should go to them.hell i thought everyone one in the business for the same goal .One other thing is how grown man act like kids in grade school.They have a falling out with some org. or a person but you still friends with them ,then they want to put you down too. i mean d**n grow up.I mean just because say i have a falling out with rikki doesn't mean him and angel can't be friends.Same should go for wrestling .Just because you wrestle for a different org doesn't mean you shouldn't stop being friends .Everyone is entitled to their own opinons.Thats no reason to put others down thoe but to many of us do it

What a bunch of damn bullshit!!!!! Current mood: pissed off Category: Sports Now before i start,I want to say that each and everyone are entitled to their own opinon about things.But just because we don't see eye to eye on everything doesn't mean we should put each other down and fuss about it.Now with that said lets get started. Now another one of the things that pisses me off about the business is the people that think they know wrestling and what it takes to be a worker. They just think they know the business all together.Now the way i see it is simple, don't talk about it if you never done it, or know what it is.I have seen fans who want to say that oh i can do that , that look like shit or think they can write a better show.First off let me just say screw you.damn Thats like walking into a place of work and telling them how to run their business.Until you have been in the business or have trained you should not bejudging it. If you are a true fan or have been to enough shows ,yes you will pick up on things.But this doesn't make you smart to the business.Thats like someone that only announces, thats all they know and should stick to it.Not tellthe workers how ro work. Like security, i have seen guys just because they work security,think they know the business bullshit.Til you have actually trained you wouldn't even talk about it like you know the business.Now you have different workers .Those that trained just to wrestle , those that have booking experience, those that can write shows, those that know promotion and sales.To me if you know every aspect of the business then you are a true worker.By this you know how to run the business from the inside out.Another form of a true worker is a person that shows respect and gives respect to everyone know matter what and are willing to do what he or she has to to make a show go over.In other words they give totally of themselfs.They live and breath the business.They are properly trained.Now a mark is smart to the business but doesn't know the business.But are sure to down it and the people in it.The way i see it;;; don't judge or talk about something unless you are willing to learn it.
