I am a hotel manager and my employer had made an agreement about the pay and they have not followed through with the agreeent since I have started management! Then I went on an approved leave because my grandmother was in a coma, and on the way back I had been so stressed out that I had miscarried and I even brought back a doctors note even though I was on leave! Now that I am back they have cut my checks to half of what they were before and changed it from saying sallary to saying regular pay! Now they have shorted me about $1500 as of next Tuesday! Plus they have sold the hotel and didnt tell us but we found out but they dont know we know about it! Now I live onsite and when the lawyer contacts them they are going to try to kick us out right away! Should we wait until we find a place or can move away or should we just hurry up and go through with contacting a lawyer? |
