I currently have AT&T as wireless provider and the coverage around these parts are pretty damn good ( I did a impromptu site survey with some people..and pretty damn good is ,well as good as it got). Anyways,I have a Iphone 3gs (a bit beat up but it works, somewhat like it's owner).
I've noticed that the Android based phones are becoming quite popular. From what I've read the Android O/S isn't a walled garden,meaning you have a bit more leeway in modding the phone's os. Then again you loose ( i guess) the HIP factor of owning a Iphone.
Also Windows Mobile seems to be a up and comer.
I'm not much of a gamer on the phone (that's why god and Japanese guys made the PS3 and The Wii).
So if I decide to get off "the Steve's" jock and move to another phone,what do you recommend? The motorloa Atrix looks interesting for example.Also I want to stay with AT&T. Verizon has good coverage here but too much $ and T Mobile (while they have great phone's) the coverage is it horrible. |
