Heading to the ITV studios, the 40-year-old was in good spirits as she waved to cameras as she continued her promotional trail for Miss You Already.
Showing off her stylish wardrobe, Drew wore a black patterned maxi dress with a pair of orange heeled sandals.
Hiding her eyes behind a pair of large shades, Barrymore was well prepared for the weather in the capital as she donned a khaki coat with a military style, cutting a contrast to her free-spirited frock.
Accessorising with a clutch bag, the American actress wore her ombré locks down in free falling waves styled in a centre as she readied her appearance on Loose Women.

Miss You Already sees Drew and co-star Toni Collette portray childhood friends, who remain attached at the hip even in their adult years.
However, Toni's free-spirited character Milly is abruptly faced with a cancer diagnosis, while Drew's character Jess finally finds herself pregnant after various attempts.
Directed by Catherine Hardwicke and written by Morwenna Banks, the comedy drama hits UK cinemas this September.
Meanwhile Drew recently revealed that Charlie's Angels 3 might actually happen.
On Sunday, Barrymore told the Toronto Sun: 'I'm like, "We'd better do this before we’re all in wheelchairs, because that's more of like the Naked Gun version"
