For centuries she looked for one person, her true love the one she gave her heart to before she passed on. His image from the night they first met etched in her brain, her love for him burnt strong igniting her soul, her passion for him still made her heart race when she closed her eyes to see his face. She knew she would find him, yet when. She was tired of this cold lonely existence, and being miss treated by those whom said they cared. She longed to be in the warm loving arms of her true husband. Then one night it happened so suddenly while she was at work, a man came in his presence so familar so comfortable and warm it just washed over her. She continued on with her work as she watched her boss talk to him about a job. He started that night he looked at her as if taking her in, she turned her head blushing. They never spoke except for the occasional greeting. One night something happened to change that. They sat talking about everything under the sun, he started telling her about a dream he had had since he was very young. She listened with interest and intrigue. He spoke of a the drea that had taken place centuries ago. It dawned on her he was telling her things that no one except her knew. She started describing things in detail the color of the woman's dress to the color of the horses. As she went on his mouth dropped, he looked at her and said that's my dream I have never told anyone. She looked up asking him to tell her more asking if he had been killed in this dream. As he told her more tears came to her eyes and she took over telling him the dream. He looked at her studying her a shocked expression came to his face. He said you are her the one from my dream, she responded slowly, "yes I am, but it was no dream. It happened centuries ago. It is one of my past lives, if you believe in that." The feelings she had for him all came rushing back, she knew this was her true love, her husband, her king. From that day forward they were inseparable they always spoke of everything, if they were upset they gave each other space until the other was ready to talk about what was bothering them. Never wanting to hurt or lose each other they always found a way to fix what the problem was. The smile on his face was one of her favorite things, he was so handsome when he smiled, what made it even more special knowing she was the reason behind his smile. She felt warm, safe, and loved in his arms as he embraced her, she knew she was finally home.
