Man of mystery haunts my dreams.
A jester siting on a fence.
Casting his spells upon a lady
He watches over her. Protecting her from harm's way.
There is an evil that has taken roost.
It brings the nightmares and fear
The Dream Master leaves the fence.
Challenging the daemons from with in.
The battle is long fought
It takes it's toll
The victories are small and far between
The Lady's soul is in the balance
The Dream Master finally wins
Yet he is beaten down standing in the aftermath.
She runs to him as he falls to the ground
Her tears upon his face as she cries out to the heavens
She gently lays him down
Calling all the powers at her command,
She brings them together.
Orchestrating the fores as if they were mere toys
Her eyes blinded by the tears.
She directs the magic to the fallen master.
Praying that she can bring him back.
After it is all done , the chants are phrased
She waits for some small sign.
She does not see the twitch of his hand
Exhausted she falls next to him.
He arises to find her lying there at his feet.
No signs of life from her.
She gave him the ultimate price,
The only thing that she has was her life.
He falls to his knees and vows a sacred vow.
The heaven's see them all that has passed.
Distraught he prays for her
The heaven's hear his plea.
As he picks up her lifeless body up
A light shines upon them.
His prayers have been answered,
She is returned to him
Never to leave him again.
