My X filed papers with child support stating i never paid her child support which isnt true. My kids can testify that I always paid and gave her extra. Question is this do i get my kids to make out affidavites that back me up or do i just try to fight her on my own. I dont want to put my kids through any more crap if i can help it. They get enough from her already and i dont want to cause any more problems between my kids and there mom , theres enough of that already. so do i get them to do an affidavite or just try to fight it out bymyself. yes get them to do affidavite , no dont
