Hello all you furbar dudes and ladies,
I guess a mumm's is one way to help make ones mind up. Well for the 3 days I have been depresses as hell. Its been cause a few things that have taken place. Sometimes I get depressed and I don't know why. This time depression has been very bad. I been thinking of giving my 7 year relationship up, it gets worse. I get so upset sometimes I want to just OD. The other day we visited a friend, she is on med's that help keep her in line, where she's not depressed. She even said I should see the doctor once. I found myself setting on an old swing at the end of the garden the last 2 days. It was dark and quiet out, I all alone. I was missing my grandma and aunt that passed away the same day last year. Then I saw how beautiful the night sky was, the stars out and all the night sounds. Then I was thinking maybe I should seek some kind of help or least talk to someone.
A: Talk to a friend or see a doctor.
B: Let the feeling ride over. Keep quiet. |
