Protect Me

As the fire shall rise and engulf all so shall the water to extinguish what has now become the norm Shall even the slightest bit of hatred fan the flame and my love protect you from the pity that will come for you are not only my friend but you are your own worst enemy.
My heart has seen the last of its kind strong yet so vulnerable. Life from here on forward shall be know to you as disposable will it not? The test, difficult at times, will reveal all that will become and the studious pupil will revolt from what she had only known.
Breath in deep and relinquish on to me the weight of witch you carry let me help you hold the burden that has fallen upon your shoulders and please listen for the selected words of comfort slipping carefully from my lips for they are not spoken in a futile effort but one of sincerity.
Fear not the future for the torture it holds should over whelm you if you do. And your body, it shall ache from such strenuous beatings. Ignore it all and together we will arise to any occasion that graces our presence
Let me in your heart and allow me to heal it. Allow me to get rid of the tormented soul that follows your every movement. The matter would worsen if it was not for the life I lead. My head may be in the clouds but my hands, they flow simultaneously to the music in my mind; portraying the writing of the ages.
Shall it ever flow through your veins like the blood that keeps you alive? I say so be it, Let the words envelope you and carry on the beat of the life you lead. Let it not be of hatred but of understanding and the thought of love be ever binding. Full as the heart may be it is merely filled with the essence of life. But it would all be for nothing if your lively being can not fulfill the pleasures not only of mind but of the lust filled body.
I do not pretend to see further than my eyes can perceive. It is the uncertainty that makes the life I seek for with you that much more worth it in the end. Do you understand from where I am coming from? Do you know the tales from folk lore that will accompany us as we seek the formality of things that bore us? It is all so in the end we can escape to our chambers and imagine that we are the only two left.
It has nothing to do with the inability to lust after such menial things. But is it not the thing to run to when hope has been destroyed and greed takes over. I heard of letting go when the time is right and everything shall fall into place as if it was meant to be.
But you see if I refuse to let go and everything finds a place as it would eventually, would you be beside me? Would you comfort me as time slipped by? Would you be beside me every night and rest the weariness of your head and arise with me as the sun breaks through the clouds? Would you do the same as I proclaim to do for you?
Would you love me as I do you?
If the answer is easy than please go forth and continue on as if our kiss meant nothing to you. But if you have thought and weighed understood and smiled that no explained reason could comprehend and yet you feel joyous at the results of the love you feel. Than by no reason should you exclaim anything less than I am in love!
For to you I promise to do the same. I have pondered and smiled at the outcome of my process. And have realized with not help from words spoken or actions done That I am in Love with You!
