You know you’re living in 2007 when… 1. You accidentally enter your password on the microwave. 2. You haven’t played Solitaire with real cards in years. 3. You have a list of 15 phone numbers to reach your family of 3. 4. You e-mail the person who works at the desk next to you. 5. Your reason for not staying in touch with friends and family is that they don’t have e-mail addresses. 6. You pull up in your own driveway and use your cell phone to see if anyone is home to help you carry in the groceries. 7. Every commercial on television has a web site at the bottom of the screen. 8. Leaving the house without your cell phone, which you didn’t have the first 20 or 30 (or 60) years of your life, is now a cause for panic and you turn around to go and get it. 10. You get up in the morning and go on line before getting your coffee. 11. You start tilting your head sideways to smile. : ) 12 You’re reading this and nodding and laughing. 13. Even worse, you know exactly to whom you are going to forward this message. 14. You are too busy to notice there was no #9 on this list. 15. You actually scrolled back up to check that there wasn’t#9 on this list AND NOW YOU ARE LAUGHING at yourself. Go on, forward this to your friends. You know you want to. 1. Ok, ok, I know....I suck at updating this thing with anything like regularity. lol. I could say I've just been soooo busy, but that's not entirely true, just too lazy to mess with it until something big happens. lol. So, I've been working at the hospital for about 7 mos now & that's going pretty well, sitll can't believe its been that long. lol. Last review I had with my boss went really well, should do well on my annual (which really counts b/c that one determines how much more $$ they're going to give me. lol) in october. I went car shopping saturday, my van is getting not only pretty worn out but costs a small fortune driving to & from Abilene everyday from Clyde. I'm getting a '98 Chevy Cavalier. Not exactly fancy, but it's a pretty nice little car. Have to come up with another $400 to finish up the down payment, then I can bring it home. They moved to the "not for sale" section yesterday. :o) Not a whole lot other then that going on lately, just work. Been staying fairly busy with work, helping my best friend with his business & working a bit on my own business (let me know if you need a contractor, landscaper or need a computer fixed....gotcha covered. lol). Well I'm beginning to ramble, so that's it for now. Have a great Sunday!

Ok, well been around here awhile now & just realized I'd never written a single blog entry. I'll warn you now, I'm not really good at updating things like this with much frequency. This one will be rather short, think I'll just write a little about who I am. My Name's David, I'm 33 yrs old, divorced,have no children of my own, haven't had a relationship at all in about 2 yrs now. I live in a little town called Clyde, Texas (about 15 miles East of Abilene, TX on your way towards Dallas). Right now I'm working as a waiter, just til I find something better. Gotta take what you can get sometimes. Anyway, really can't think of much else to write here for now. Anyway......peace, I'm out.
