Daily maintenance

I recently have been on a health and Quality of Life kick while, being on shore duty. And during this I have read recently some things that will build endorphins keep you healthy and help fight illnesses. Thought I would share this because it is some things that are actually fun. One is to eat healthy, but eat food you enjoy nothingtops a good day when you eat the steak you are in the mood for but ewat it in moderation. Secondly exercise play a sport go for a walk or hike. go rollerblade at the board walk or go have a snow ball fight exercising while doing something you enjoy will hwlp the weight stay off and and build endorphins which means you are ahppier. Secondly is to have sex on regular basis Orgasms strongly increase your endorphins and help fight infection if you feel a cold coming on get some sleep exercise and get off. and lastly sleep this rests your brain and helps your body recover helps your brain recylce all the information it received that day.So basically this blog says have fun slee 8 hours go play a game of softball and have wild monkee sex adn then go get a some good grub.. have a great weekend
