Not sure if this has been repeated...sorry if it was, but this is my very first Mumm:
A few months ago, millions of dollars were spent building a creationist museam in Kentucky where one of the main exhibits was a statue diaramma of Adam and Eve standing next to a friggin Dinosaur. Being portrayed as the literal history as written in the book of Genesis. These friggin mo-rons actually believe that the Earth is only 6000 years old and that Adam and Eve actually existed....coexisted with dinosaurs to boot!! Ignorance is one of my pet peevs and this actually ANGRED me to see this pile of shit built in order to promote creationism to the masses. There isn't enough room here for me to rant on this crap, so I'll finally get to the point! Does anyone agree that creationists are uneducated fanatics who should read a book other than the free bible they got from TV????
There is a great movie on this subject called Inherit the Wind. A true story about a HS Teacher that was put on trial for teaching Evolution to his students.
Sorry, 12 years of Chatholic School has made me quite bitter when it comes to religion. |
