My son adopted a baby turtle and it shipped by two day air. When the UPS man came today he was shacking the package around and swinging it around like it was no big deal! It even said "LIVE BABY TURTLE" in big bold letters on the front! He could have killed the poor thing!

So my question is......Should I call and make a complaint or just let it go?
