Shout box and Fu-mail must be open to officers for communications (Profile may not be set to friends only for this purpose). Officers must obtain a yahoo screen name. Firechief, and acting chief must have all officers yahoo sn for communication and meeting purposes > 4. Chief and Hottie homepage must be added to your Family while considered a prospect and remain in family after administration. All new hotties will be assigned to a Team, your team leader must be in your top 7 friends and upon your acceptance to the group you must add '2nd Alarm hotties member' to your fubar screen name, you are allowed 5 days to conform with all C.O.C.rules. > 5. All current 2nd alarm hottie Officers must be f/r/a to your page, they may all be found on the homepage in family. After officers, your team mates are to be f/a/r. After team mates, all other 2nd alarm hottie members > 6. It is the responsibility of all hotties to repost any hottie related bulletins > 7. The 2nd alarm hotties are an elite all girl group & you must uphold the 2nd alarm hotties COC everywhere you go on fubar. This includes lounges, game rooms, etc. As a member, it is not permitted to join another all girl group without resignition from this group. The fubar member 'Katman' is also banned from any members family or friends due to altercations within the group on numerous occasions > 8. No hottie will defame, abuse, harass, threaten or violate the rights of other members. Any hottie found degrading the 2nd Alarm Hottie name and/or members will have their membership terminated without any verbal or written warning > 9. In order to uphold organization among the group, we follow a chain of command. Members must alwasy report to Team Leaders. If issue is not resolved the next step is Chief Deputies. Chief Deputies are encouraged to handle the situation to the best of their abilities and if not still resolved turned over to the Acting Chief. After Acting Chief, the most respectful position of Chief/CEO will be contacted. As a group, we encourage you to speak freely to all of your officers and are assured a professional confidence is held in this circle > These rules and regulations have been conformed to the benefit and protection of all of our members.
