Okay my FRIENDS (ill explain later)

I finally got my three acceptance letters today.

Houston University, Cameron University and University of California Davis.

I really want to go to all three. Cameron is the cheapest but has the least of the three when it comes to education. California Davis is one of the top universities in the country but it's the most expensive. I don't have ALOT of money and I'll be going to this school for nine years. So, what should be weighing more heavily in my mind?
