| Be nice, it's my first mumm! :P I'm the single mother of a 4 yr old girl, I broke up with her "father" when I was 2 months pregnant. (total ass) He's never seen her once...and now the state of Ca is suing him for child support (almost FIVE years later)If I DO recieve the child support, it will only be $50 a month because my child has Medi-cal insurance, so the state will take $200 out of his check and give me $50. Should I drop the case entirely and avoid the legal drama, or make him pay? |
