| So Im trying to get custody of my daughter (legally). I recently saw a lawyer for custody and ever since she found out she now seems to want to actually spend time with her. I say that cause in the past four to five months she has only spent maybe a week with her. She also has a new boyfriend who doesn't want her around that much(my ex's words) but he has also told my ex that she should try to get full custody so that she can get child support out of me(also my ex's words). Now I guess my question is should I let her see her as much as she is asking now or just let the court decide? |
