Mayor of the town and a staunch Christian that believes that witchcraft is a sin but currently tolerates the local coven as they do not seem to cause trouble, but he is just looking for an excuse to start up some local witch trials. A good man at heart, just prejudicial when it comes to religions.

The Elder of the Coven, she is old fashioned and believes in strict control of the coven and their use of Magik. She doesn't trust other "pagans" and "neo-pagans". She was the one that trained the main villain in his power and then discovered to her regret his selfish and even evil ways and declared him warlock (oathbreaker). Five foot two and one hundred and ninety pounds with long grey hair. Owns a black cat with a white spot on its nose and left front paw.

Local bartender and owner of a body shop, he used to be engaged to character four until they both cheated on each other despite having an open relationship. Generally a good guy, but like any guy has his flaws. Five foot seven and about one hundred and eighty pounds.

Character two's ex, he is five foot two and two hundred and fifty pounds. He is a full blown jerk and treats women like slaves and chattel. He is always running afoul of the law and no one likes him, not even his own family. He is ripe for the main villain to use as a catspaw.

Yet another girlfriend of Character two, this one owns a strip club and has two doctorates and is attending school for a third as well as occasionally dancing at her own club. She is about five foot seven and one hundred and twenty two pounds with medium length straight brown hair. She is lesbian and has a huge foot fetish.

The major villain of the story, he is a warlock (oathbreaker). He has had his Magik since he was four and has always been selfish and even harmful in his use of it. He only studied Wicca to learn how to control his abilities, although after his nature was revealed to all most think his power controls him. He is six foot three and two hundred and fifty pounds. He has short dark hair and eyes that make women swoon. He always stands out in a crowd and usually has three or four women following in his wake, often looking as if they were entranced.

Another of character two's girlfriends, she is not Wiccan but is also bisexual. She teaches at a local school and is the sister of character Four. She is much more level headed than her sister. Height and weight are the same as her sister and they are in fact twins.

One of character two's female friends, she is also a Wiccan, but not fully as she seems to be in it because she thinks it is cool rather than truely believes. She is about five foot two with curly black hair and long legs. She weighs about one hundred and twenty pounds. Her personality is mercurial and she tends to leap into things without thinking about the consequences first.

A pagan of the druidic path, he has had his Magik for as long as he can remember and has never been afraid to use it. He is unemployed and yet never seems to lack for money or anything for that matter, but at the same time he is barely known, at least not known well, by anyone. He is five foot nine and roughly two hundred and ten pounds with a swimmer's build and long hair that is just beginning to get white hairs laced throughout.

Female Wiccan that has been a member of her coven for over a decade and has been considered for being made an elder. She is bisexual, but often gets jealous of her own girlfriends looks. She is five foot three and about one hundred and thirty pounds. She is a prominant member of her town and very open about her likes and dislikes.
