CATSURVEYS are about to provide Underground Utility Detection survey services to an extensive state-of-the-art housing development project, which is due to start on Monday 17th August 2015. The new housing estate “Beaulieu Park” is creating up to 3,600 new homes in the North of Chelmsford, which is being developed by Countryside Properties. These properties are designed to accommodate today’s modern lifestyles whilst still incorporating traditional qualities.
Beaulieu Park is not only creating desirable homes in Chelmsford, but it is also going to be creating employment with its new and local shopping facilities, business park, hotel and leisure facilities. This huge project is making way for a new railway station to be developed, which is expected to be completed by the latter end of 2021; serving commuters a fast and direct route to Liverpool Street Station.
Underground Utility Detection Survey works will be carried out by CATSURVEYS Senior Utility Surveyor Neil Didsbury, Utility Surveyor Rob Tullock and Utility Assistant Luke Tullock; with the added benefits of our Mobile GPR (MGPR) which will be managed by our Senior Utility Surveyor Paul Collins and Civil Engineer/ Land Surveyor Adam Kovacs.
