so my outdoor/ indoor cat just got neutered 2 weeks ago and needs to stay inside for about 1 more week. I spoke to my cats vet and she said its okay for him to go outside unless I carry him or buy a harness and leash and just walk around my yard.

Should I buy a harness and leash?
