ok, so i work nights and my sleep schedule is majorly messed up! i get off work at 8 AM and have only had about two hours of sleep so far. Here's my dilemma, i really need to get some shut eye before work today, but nothing seems to be working. Should i take a sleeping pill or just lay in bed staring at the ceiling?
