My boyfriend wants to buy a house but I'm not sure I want to. The one he wants would be better for his job and he would get a raise but would move us farther away from my job. There is a chance the mortgage payment would be cheaper than the rent we pay now but do I want the headache of having to fix everything that is wrong with it. Help make up my mind...Is it better to buy or keep renting??
