Yesterday the 11 of april I had one of my facial plates removed. In 2006 I had an ostiotamy which involved moving my top jaw forwads and my bottom jaw backwards and pinned in place with titianum plates and screws. A year or so later I went for my orthodontiost appointment and complained of a pain where one of my plates were I was told that it was just bone... and it would reset its self... well in those 9 months the pain was getting worse, so I decided to make an appointment with the Dr. who did my sugry, he actually sent me for an X-ray, and found out it was one of my screw heads petruding through my gum! So he booked me a sugry dated in December! Finally on the 11th of april I had my surgry, I couldnt've stressed enough to the enisthetist that I'm petrified of needles and needed a gas induction... however I was refused! So I had to sit in the waiting room with this numbing cream on my hands for about an hour prior to sugry, which did help the pain of the needle going into the back of my hand... last time it hurt so much I nearly punched the enisthatist! It wasnt long before I was awake again but in agony! I did however get given codine and got to take a look at my plates and screws! Fuck me! They were so tiny! Something so small giving me so much agony was unbelivable! I lay in the recovery bay for quite some time managing to eat and drink well. However when it was time for me to be discharged. I had the IVF removed... my blood pressure dropped and I went treeibly faint so I had to wait much longer than intended... I did however get better quickly and was able to be discharged! but not without nearly giving the nurse who was looking after me a heart attack!!! hehe woopse! My "best friend" Just had a major go at me cause I was upset about something she said. She's changed cause of her new bf, Fuck her I don't need her anymore if she's gonna be like that she can take it else where!

I can't cope with the bullshit in my life I want it all to go away!

I feel broken and defeated just like my heart. I can't cope with anything... I've lost 2 of the most inportant people of my life! I feel worthless...
