Ha! I can't believe I've yet to say anything about myself...
Ok, I guess it's time.
Hmmm, I'm a VERY passionate man, in every sense... I don't really know one with the same depth of emotion. This is partially due to the way in which I was created, and partly a result of training... I am an actor by profession. For some misconceived reason some people take that to mean that its in my nature to be fake, or to pretend to be something that I'm not... Acting, good acting anyway is about getting in touch with one's self and one's emotions to the point that they become the tools of your trade, accessible in an instant.. in order to represent the spectrum of human emotion that we are all capable of expressing, but most of us choose not to. I can relate to any person on the planet, its a blessing and a curse. Any actor worth their weight is constantly working to find truth, and genuinely communicate human emotion. Although I am poor, and may always be, I believe it to be a noble profession. I am an artist, I love it.... I do it because I can be happy doing nothing else, I've tried!
What else?
I'm a father of four incredibly talented,beautiful, and intelligent children... I'm separated, and soon to be divorced from their mother after almost 18 yrs. of marriage. Yes, its sad... but its life. I've tried to force myself to be happy for way too many years... I made a huge mistake. I married too young, and with too little life experience, but no regrets.. As Popeye says: "I yams what I yams, and that's what I yams!" lol.. Needless to say, I'm going to be very careful this time around, I KNOW I will remarry. I'm good at marriage, I'm a great husband and father.. I just did it with someone I was poorly matched with. I'm holding out for that fairytale. That perfect romantic love that I used to deny existed... I hope that she finds the same. I decided to stop trying to change her, and changing myself for her. Wow, took a long time to learn... but change only happens when its more painful to stay where you are, than it is to grow....
