Does anyone know how to lose 6% body fat or 20lbs within four weeks? I have failed the most recent physical readiness test for the navy. I am up for advancement and I cannot be promoted until I have passed body fat standards. I am looking to do it in four weeks to pass our readiness tests that we have every month. Please vote possible if you know a way and leave a comment with instructions, directions, etc or whatever you know to help me out. Vote not possible if you don't know a way.

Also, the icons next to the options I have no clue how to change them!
