I was awakened out of a sound sleep around 4:30 a.m.(CDT)by the bed shaking and the windows rattling. At first I thought I was doing the "wolfie hump" with one of my Fubar ladies, but I wasnt groaning and there was no wet spot.
In actuality, it was an earthquake that measured 5.4 on the Richter scale and was centered in West Salem, Illinois, about 150 miles northwest of my home town of Dunmor, Ky.
