Puree until smooth. Now, make what is below in another bowl: 2 tomatoes,chopped 1 medium onion, chopped (more can be added to kick it up a notch or two) 1/2 cup pimento olives, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced (more can be added to kick it up a notch or two) 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 3 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper to liking Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let stand for 30 minutes then addto/mix with Mayonnase Puree from above. Can be put out with chips or placed on any sandwhich ...Enjoy... __________________________________________________ Subject: Chicken Recipe BAKED STUFFED POPCORN CHICKEN (no joke!) 6-7 lb. chicken 1 cup melted butter 1 cup stuffing (Pepperidge Farm is good.) 1 cup uncooked popcorn (ORVILLE REDENBACHER'S LOW FAT) salt/pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush chicken well with melted butter, salt, and pepper. Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn. Place in baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven. Listen for the popping sounds. When the chicken's ass blows the oven door open and the chicken flies across the room, it is done.
