My Brother
One bullet through his head
but it must not have felt right
because he's NOT dead
Instead he tried to take it through the heart
But God had different intentions from the start
As the bullet rips through his skin
I can only imagine how he felt within
It's scary as hell, I had a dream
just the night before
The bullet coming out of the chamber is what
I heard during the thunder of the storm
I awoke sitting straight up in my bed
But in my dream the bullet went through his head
What's a person to do in the middle of the night
Receiving a call like that
Next all I can hear in my head is
"Calling ALL Nurses STAT!!"
I look at him laying like a lifeless soul
Holding his right hand feeling so cold
The person I am speaking of is the SON of my Father andMother
My one and only flesh and blood
This Man Is My Brother!!
