I recently have come to find that Best Buy charges a restocking fee if you didn't like your purchase (15%). At one time I gave Best Buy gift cards at Christmas and always went there to buy what ever I needed. But after wanting to charge me for walking through their store and a snotty store manager not wanting do any thing to make a good customer happy they have lost all my business and I hope yours to!!
It seems they have gotten circuit city-itus at a time when they have quite a few competitors (Wal-Mart, hhgreg, the entire internet). We all see what happened to circuit city when they got a big head. new competitors came along squashed them
I guess I should have bought my camera at wal-mart for $5 less, but no I had stick with loyalty that was built up over former good customer service

So I guess I will plug the big evil Wal-Mart. Look says right there on their web site, no restocking fees.
