Thinking back to better days

Before the rain, before the rain
Before the SCREAMS, before the tears
In better years I had no fears
Before the hate, before the lies
Before despise and angry eyes
Before the heartaches of tomorrow
Before my soul was filled with sorrow
Before my heart grew black and cold
When it was gold, before the mold
