I've had a headache for 3 days now but I think it's mostly due to tension in my neck and all from an old wreck. In the past when I had headaches the Chiro could adjust me and the headaches would go away for quite awhile although I do have muscle relaxers that help some but they make me a bit sleepy. I dont take meds like that often because of my children...I like to make sure they dont get into too much!
So Should I????
A. See if I can find a sitter and take the meds and sleep it off hopefully
or
B. Maybe it's time to visit the Chiro for a long overdue adjustment |
