This has really been on my mind lately.
What has happened to the way that we treat others today? I mean I read the different comments and all, and some people are downright mean for no reason what so ever. Even a mumm that I posted over the weekend, got some rude answer that were not warranted. When I was growing up, which was not that long ago, we did not just treat people badly for no reason. Today though, you can walk down the street, mindng your own, and people will be rude to you. Same thing here, if you do not look the same as the avg person, live an alternate lifestyle, IR couple, from another country, even if you are from a different part of this country, etc you get treated like crap here. There are times I think that people are just putting on a show to impress others. "If I treat this person like crap, then everyone will notice me." Then there are times, that I think that this really how people are being raised.
So help me out
Impressing others or raised this way.
And yeah I know ppl are going to be rude, maybe it will give others a break from it. |
