With todays shifts in our universe everything is speeding up. Time is flying by, lifes problems are becoming more intense, handling even small problems in our lives can be extremely stressful.
These issues are going to become even more intense if we do not heal ourselves. Any past issues you have that are not healed will surface. They may come in the form of a person in your life, a life changing experience, illness or sometimes in a forms of depression.
We tend to blame others for our issues but believe me if you are having issues you brought them to you whether good or bad. You might think I am being harsh but its the truth. First step is to take responsibility for yourself and what you can control, which is yourself!!!
Have patience with yourself. We can be our own worst critic. If we are harsh with ourselves how can we possibly extend love to others in a healthy way? If we have negative thoughts and feelings what do you think is brought to you? Sometimes we are positive and we still get negative reactions from others. So you might ask why? Because there is something either inside of you that needs to be healed or you have learned your lesson and its time to either get rid of people who no longer are healthy for us or move possibly because our time is up where we live now.
When you care for yourself and build boundaries for yourself you will start to feel good again. With respect for yourself, gentle love and care your life will start to change. Not all problems will go away but it will allow you to be able to deal with them a lot easier.
Some of the things that have helped me in this area is:
- doing special things for myself
- doing for others without them knowing
- taking time out for someone who needs me
- having long baths with candle light is my fav
- meditation on a regular basis
AND MOST OF ALL I listen to my guides and spirit...they have no hair left because I drive them crazy with not listening most times but they guide me in making proper life choices.
