Define an appointment. In the automotive world, people seem to think that because they have a set and scheduled appointment, they're car/truck will be done in some type of mysterious magical under the hour power.
My definition of an appointment, is for you to arrive with your vehicle at the shop at the set time, and when it's ready...it's ready.
Am I wrong???
