So I bought a new laptop and downloaded Norton 360 3.0 for my antivirus software. During the instalation it detects another Norton product and removes it. It then prompts me to restart. Once the computer reboots, it goes through the same process again and still no complete installation. I have tried to uninstall it as well as tried to remove it all together however still no luck. So to make this mumm I want to know if I should get a refund all together and get something else. Or should I just stick it out with what I got and hope Norton's technical advisors can help me.. |
