Mexican national executed in Texas for 1993 slaying of two teenage girls. Mexican government condemns execution and says that the world court ruled that the US can not execute foreign citizens without their consular help.
~~ What a crock! I’m sorry but that guy deserved what he got. He snuffed out two young girls and now paid the price. The only thing that really bugs me is that it took so long (15 yrs) to get him executed.
This is America. I could care less about what some foreign court says about our laws. They have no jurisdiction or right to intervene in our systems of justice.
