Hi. I am a retired bartender and clown. I had a stroke 2 yrs ago, which forced me into early retirement.

I am married to a great guy, for the past 14 yrs. We have 5 kids, which are all grown and gone now. #3 of the 5 have given me 5 wonderful grand babies, 2 girls and 3 boys. Well, it is almost even. The only bad thing about this is that 3 of them live in different states and I do not get to see them very often :o( The other 2 live in Tx right now, but are about to move to Hiawii for the next 2 yrs. Their dad is in Navy.

We live on a farm 50 miles east of Austin. We raise a few cattle, fainting goats, chickens and grow a huge garden every year.
The garden has been pretty productive this year, thanks to all of the rain that we have had this year.
I can and make jellies, pickles and most anything that you can think of. Yes, it is hard work, but so rewarding. Don't have to worry about food recalls when you grow your own.
We have a pretty winding creek that runs through the property and is usually very slow moving. But this year has been a small river. I will have a few photos of it posted real soon.
I spend a lot of time on my puter, it is my best friend and I have met some pretty colorful people on line. That is why I am on fubar, to meet new people and make new friends.

Aug. 11, 2007--Just found out that I am going to be Nana again. It is due sometime in the spring--not sure yet. Yippee--Grandbabies are the best ever!
