so, i have a class where we read one shakespeare play a week. i did some intense reading one day (over 100 pages of "the taming of the shrew") and afterward, i had the urge to speak in iambic pentameter. after 75 minutes of talkin about shakespeare, you begin to think in iambic pentameter...so i am trying to decide if i should or shouldnt challenge myself to write like him. that is where you come in.
also, if you vote i should, then feel free to post some ideas. anything but heartbreak or tragedy. |
