| I live in the Philippines and it has been my problem for years. me and my family can not afford a specialist doctor and i was wondering if somebody can help me or explain what i was experiencing. it started when i was still studying in college way back 2012 or 2013 maybe during a total black-out i just panic and i just couldn't breathe like i am grasping for air i do not know why. i don't recall getting raped or had any trauma regarding black-outs before in my life. every time there is a black-out whether in the house or in a community hall or anywhere i just couldn't breathe so i reach out for an unclosed space and i just run outside in order for me to breathe. i especially hate it if the black out happens during at night when its totally dark. if its a panic attack, or a phobia i wanna know what causes it and how should i deal with it or is there any way that i can manage or resolve my problem? thanks fuworld |
