| This story is true.... I was at my friends tattoo shop..... I have spent $1300 and over 20 hours in the chair with this guy.. Him and I where going over ideas when we decided to use money as a background for my sleeve... i left 12 100 dollar bills in the scanner.... He and I started the session when his partner/co worker came in.... told us we couldn't copy money and asked why? So we told him and went back to workin on my arm...A few minutes later he yells up he's leaving and comes back after a few minutes..So i've been sitting in the chair for over 2 hours... I'm disorented put my shirt on... pay him with the rest of my money cause i had 3000 on me.. and went home.. the next morning i remembered i left my money at the shop...I called my friend, he was on his way there, when he got there the scanner was empty. Chad was the only one who used the scanner after us..the scanner is not open to the public nor was anyone in after we left. My question... Is the tatto parlor respodsible for my money. theft over 1000 dollar in my state is a felony. can i sue? So are they or not |
