so i have the option of staying at my job and in may i will most likely be promoted which will give me a raise on the other hand i could go and get a job that would pay more but it would have 2 weeks of unpaid training so i dont know what to do should i go with the new job and loose 2 weeks of pay or should i stay with this job and be promoted?
